Create a Word document and insert a chart of three columns by ten rows
Prepare a KLW about Indochina. What do you know, want to know (at least five items) and what did you learn about Indochina?
Use the two links below to answer fill out your KLW chart. You should have at least six items in the what you want to know and in the what you learned columns.
French Indochina - When you place your cursor on the page icon on the word map, you will see definitions of the topics as well as photos and maps.
Indochine Française - You will find more specific information here regarding the countries forming Indochine as well as population and other important facts.

To complete the matching exercise, do a search of the name in the French Visiwiki.
If you do not find the person's name, scroll to the bottom of the page to conduct a Google search.
Complete the questions and then select submit for grading. Copy and paste your answers into your Word document and mail it to yourself and to me.
Regions of Vietnam
Use the Flickr Creative Commons to search for the locations in the exercise. Try your searches in both French and English. Save the file to your H drive then insert in your word document. Be sure to credit the author of the photo in your Word document as I have done for the photo in this blog post.
Brainstorming for Scrapbook project
Use the English version of the Viswiki to identify themes from the movie that you could include in a collage. Go to Wordreference to find the French definitions of these words. Add at least ten items to your list. Use the French version for additional information. We will be creating a Glogs on Monday with words and themes from the film and creating a scrapbook for one of the characters.
